Vision

North Country Library Cooperative, a community of multitype cooperating libraries, will facilitate effective access for libraries to the widest possible array of resources and information services through interlibrary collaboration, cooperation, resource sharing and modern shared technological tools. NCLC will lead, counsel and support libraries and their staffs so that they might more effectively support their current and potential users. NCLC will serve and be recognized as an advocate for its member libraries.
