Mission

North Country Library Cooperative (NCLC) is a collaborative multitype library system that will provide leadership in access, advocacy and service to its members to help meet the informational, educational, and cultural needs of their users in a cost effective manner.

Our mission is to work cooperatively with our members to promote the collection and sharing of library resources, to facilitate training, to provide leadership and advocacy of library issues, to encourage the appropriate use of emerging technology and to support activities that enhance an individual library's ability to meet the informational, educational and cultural needs of its primary users.
